자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(외국물품등의 일시 반출ㆍ반입)

① 법 제33조에 따라 외국물품등을 일시 반출하거나 반입하기 위하여 세관장의 허가를 받으려는 자는 일시 반출ㆍ반입허가 신청서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 물품의 일시 반출ㆍ반입 기간은 6개월 이내로 한다. 다만, 물품의 전시ㆍ홍보 등 부득이한 사유로 그 기간을 연장하려는 자는 기간이 끝나기 전에 세관장에게 기간의 연장을 신청하여야 한다.
