자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(공동시설의 유지비)

① 법 제28조에 따른 공동시설의 유지비는 각 입주기업체가 해당 공동시설을 이용하여 얻는 수익의 정도에 따라 산정한 금액으로 한다. 다만, 입주기업체별로 수익의 정도를 산출(算出)하기 곤란한 경우에는 그 비용 전체에 대하여 입주기업체의 건물면적ㆍ대지면적 또는 종업원의 수를 종합적으로 고려하여 관리권자가 고시하는 기준에 따라 산출한 금액으로 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 유지비는 매월 부과한다. 다만, 관리권자가 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 분기별로 부과할 수 있다.
