자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(재활용비용)

① 재활용부과금의 산출기준이 되는 폐기물의 재활용에 드는 비용(이하 "재활용단위비용"이라 한다)은 별표 6의 재활용기준비용에 기후에너지환경부장관이 고시하는 재활용비용산정지수를 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2021.5.25, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 재활용비용산정지수는 매년 전년도의 재활용비용산정지수에 전년도의 물가상승률을 고려한 가격변동지수를 곱한 값으로 한다. 다만, 별표 6의 재활용기준비용의 항목이 신설되거나 금액이 변경된 경우 신설 또는 변경된 재활용기준비용을 최초로 적용하는 연도의 재활용비용산정지수는 1로 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>
