자연환경보전법 제55조의2(생태관광협회)

① 생태관광 사업자, 생태관광 관련 단체 및 그 밖에 생태관광 관련 업무에 종사하는 자는 생태관광의 육성에 필요한 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행하기 위하여 환경부장관의 허가를 받아 생태관광협회를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Ecotourism에커투어^r리점 business비즈니스 operators,아퍼^r레이터즈 ecotourism-related이코투^r리점-^r릴레이티드 organizations,오거너제이션즈 and앤드 others어^ð더즈 engaged엔게이지드 in인 ecotourism-related이코투^r리점-^r릴레이티드 work워크 may메이 establish이스태블리시 an앤 ecotourism이코투^r리점 association어소우시에이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Environment인^v바이^r런먼트 in인 order오더 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects프^r라젝츠 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 ecotourism:이코투^r리점

② 생태관광협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) An앤 ecotourism이코투^r리점 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 생태관광의 육성을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 예산의 범위에서 생태관광협회에 필요한 경비의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

(3) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 ecotourism,이코투^r리점 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 expenses익스펜시즈 to투 the^ð디 ecotourism이코투^r리점 association어소우시에이션 within위^ð딘 budgetary버지테^r리 limits.리멋츠

④ 생태관광협회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
