자연환경보전법 시행령 제35조의7(자연환경복원사업 추진실적의 보고ㆍ평가)

① 법 제45조의3제3항에 따른 자연환경복원사업 시행자(이하 "자연환경복원사업시행자"라 한다)는 법 제45조의5제1항에 따라 자연환경복원사업의 추진실적을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) The^ð디 implementer임플리먼터 of어^v브 a어 natural내처^r럴 environment인^v바이^r런먼트 restoration^r레스터^r레이션 project프^r라젝트 under언더 Article아터클 45-3 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "natural내처^r럴 environment인^v바이^r런먼트 restoration^r레스터^r레이션 project프^r라젝트 implementer")임플리먼터 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 natural내처^r럴 environment인^v바이^r런먼트 restoration^r레스터^r레이션 project프^r라젝트 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Climate,클라이멋 Energy에너지 and앤드 Environment인^v바이^r런먼트 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 45-5 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 in인 each이치 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 categories:캐터고^r리즈

② 제1항에 따라 추진실적을 보고받은 기후에너지환경부장관은 보고받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 별표 2의4의 평가 기준에 따라 추진실적을 평가하고, 그 결과를 자연환경복원사업시행자에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2026.3.17>
