자연환경보전법 시행령 제22조(심의위원회의 운영 등)

①위원장은 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

②심의위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 매 회의마다 지정하는 5인 이상의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 for^f포 each이치 meeting.미팅

③심의위원회의 회의는 제2항의 규정에 따른 구성위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 constituted칸스터투티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④위원장은 심의위원회의 심의사항과 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 관계인의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 may메이 hear히어 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 interested인트^r러스티드 persons퍼슨즈 where웨어 deemed딤드 necessary네서세^r리 in인 connection커넥션 with위^ð드 matters매터즈 for^f포 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee.커미티

⑤심의위원회에 출석한 위원에 대하여는 예산의 범위 안에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 심의위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥이 영에 규정된 사항 외에 심의위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부장관이 따로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
