자연환경보전법 시행령 제21조(자연경관심의위원회의 구성 등)

①법 제29조제2항의 규정에 따른 자연경관심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1인을 포함한 15인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

②위원장은 지방환경관서의 장이 자연경관 업무를 담당하는 소속 공무원 중에서 지명하고, 위원은 조경ㆍ도시계획ㆍ건축ㆍ환경ㆍ농림ㆍ산림자원 또는 생태분야 등 자연경관의 보전ㆍ관리ㆍ평가 등에 관련된 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 지방환경관서의 장이 위촉하는 자가 된다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 local로우클 environmental인^v바이^r런멘틀 office오^f피스 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 under언더 his히즈 or오 her허 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 natural내처^r럴 landscape랜드스케이프 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 local로우클 environmental인^v바이^r런멘틀 office오^f피스 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 conservation,칸서^v베이션 management,매너지먼트 and앤드 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 of어^v브 natural내처^r럴 landscapes,랜드스케이프스 such서치 as애즈 in인 the^ð더 fields^f필즈 of어^v브 landscape랜드스케이프 architecture,아커텍처 urban얼븐 planning,플래닝 architecture,아커텍처 the^ð디 environment,인^v바이^r런먼트 agriculture애그^r리컬처 and앤드 forestry,^f포^r러스트^r리 forest^f포^r리스트 resources,^r리소시즈 or오 ecology.이칼러지

③위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

④심의위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.

⑤심의위원회는 제4항제1호의 자연경관영향의 심의를 함에 있어서 다음 각 호의 사항을 검토하여야 한다.
