자연재해대책법 제76조(권한의 위임 등)

① 이 법에 따른 행정안전부장관 또는 중앙대책본부장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 지방자치단체의 장 또는 시ㆍ도 본부장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26>
