자연재해대책법 제36조(지역긴급지원체계의 구축)

지방자치단체의 장과 시ㆍ도 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 전부 또는 일부를 관할구역으로 하는 재난관리책임기관의 장은 자연재해가 발생하거나 발생할 우려가 있으면 업무별 지원 기능에 따라 신속한 지원 체제를 가동하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소관 사무에 대하여 긴급지원계획을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2016.1.27>
