자연재해대책법 시행령 제61조(소집 등)

① 재난의 예방ㆍ대비ㆍ대응ㆍ복구 등을 위하여 필요한 경우 지역자율방재단장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 지역자율방재단을 소집할 수 있다. 다만, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 소집하려는 경우에는 미리 지역자율방재단장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.16>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 소집된 지역자율방재단원이 재난의 예방ㆍ대비ㆍ대응ㆍ복구 등의 임무를 수행하는 때에는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. <신설 2020.6.16>
