자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제47조(국립자연유산원의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 자연유산의 효과적 보존ㆍ관리를 위한 연구ㆍ조사 및 전시ㆍ홍보 등의 사업을 수행하는 국립자연유산원을 국가유산청 산하에 설립한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

② 국립자연유산원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 National내셔늘 Natural내처^r럴 Heritage헤^r러터지 Institute인스터툿 is이즈 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 국립자연유산원은 설립목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

④ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 국립자연유산원의 운영 및 사업 수행에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 State스테잇 may메이 support서포트 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 project프^r라젝트 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Natural내처^r럴 Heritage헤^r러터지 Institute인스터툿 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑤ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 국립자연유산원의 사업 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우 국유재산이나 공유재산을 무상으로 사용ㆍ수익하게 할 수 있다.

⑥ 국립자연유산원에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
