자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제35조(천연기념물인 식물의 상시관리 등)

① 국가유산청장은 천연기념물인 식물의 지속적인 모니터링 및 유지관리(이하 이 조에서 "상시관리"라 한다)를 수행하는 자를 선정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

② 상시관리를 수행하는 자는 상시관리를 위하여 천연기념물인 식물의 소유자등에게 필요한 협조를 구할 수 있다. 이 경우 천연기념물인 식물의 소유자등은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 상시관리를 수행하는 자는 연도별 상시관리 결과를 다음 해 1월 31일까지 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 하며, 특이사항을 발견하는 경우 지체 없이 국가유산청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

④ 상시관리에 필요한 비용은 천연기념물인 식물의 소유자등이 부담하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 국가유산청장은 그 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>
