Enforcement Rule of the Natural Heritage Conservation and Utilization Act, Article 10 (Permission to Export Natural Monuments)
① 법 제20조제6항에 따라 천연기념물의 수출 허가를 받으려는 자는 수출 예정일 2개월 전까지 국가관세종합정보망을 통하여 별지 제16호서식의 천연기념물 수출 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다.
(1) A person who intends to obtain permission to export a natural monument pursuant to Article 20 (6) of the Act shall submit to the Administrator of the Korea Heritage Service an application for permission to export a natural monument in Form No. 16, accompanied by the following documents, through the national integrated customs information network at least two months before the scheduled date of export:
1. 사업 계획서
1. Business plan;
2. 다음 각 목의 구분에 따른 서류
2. Documents according to the following classification:
가. 법 제20조제6항제1호에 해당하여 수출 허가를 받으려는 경우: 법 제17조제1항제1호에 따라 허가받은 허가서
(a) Where a person intends to obtain permission for export as falling under Article 20 (6) 1 of the Act: The permit obtained under Article 17 (1) 1 of the Act;
나. 법 제20조제6항제2호에 해당하여 수출 허가를 받으려는 경우: 해당 천연기념물의 인공증식 증명서 사본
(b) Where a person intends to obtain permission for export as falling under Article 20 (6) 2 of the Act: A copy of the certificate of artificial propagation of the relevant natural monument;
3. 수송계획서(살아 있는 천연기념물인 경우에만 제출한다)
3. Transportation plan (to be submitted only in the case of a living natural monument).
② 국가유산청장은 법 제20조제7항에 따라 천연기념물의 수출 허가 통지를 하는 경우에는 별지 제17호서식의 천연기념물 수출 허가서를 신청인에게 내주어야 한다.
(2) When the Administrator of the Korea Heritage Service gives notice of permission to export a natural monument pursuant to Article 20 (7) of the Act, he or she shall issue the applicant a permit to export a natural monument in Form No. 17.
