자연공원법 제80조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 기후에너지환경부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 소속 기관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임하거나 공단에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 시ㆍ도지사는 도립공원의 관리에 관한 공원관리청의 직무를 그 시ㆍ도의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 군수에게 위임하거나 공단에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

③ 군수는 군립공원의 관리에 관한 공원관리청의 직무를 그 군의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2016.5.29>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 위임 또는 위탁을 받아 공단, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 군수가 자연공원을 관리하는 경우에는 위임ㆍ위탁된 업무의 범위에서 이들을 그 자연공원의 공원관리청으로 본다. <개정 2016.5.29>
