자연공원법 제75조(처분의 제한)

자연공원에 있는 국유 또는 공유의 토지로서 공원사업의 시행 및 자연공원의 보호 등 자연공원의 효율적 관리를 위하여 필요하다고 공원관리청이 인정하는 토지는 공원사업이나 군사목적 또는 공익을 위하여 불가피한 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우를 제외하고는 이를 처분할 수 없다. <개정 2020.5.26>
