자연공원법 제24조의2(방치된 물건등의 제거)

① 공원관리청은 반복ㆍ상습적으로 자연공원을 불법으로 점용하거나 자연공원의 보전ㆍ관리에 지장을 줄 것으로 인정되는 경우로서 급하게 실시할 필요가 있고, 「행정대집행법」 제3조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 절차에 따르면 그 목적을 달성하기가 곤란하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 절차를 거치지 아니하고도 방치되어 있는 폐자재나 그 밖의 물건(이하 이 조에서 "물건등"이라 한다)을 제거하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 조치는 자연공원의 보전ㆍ관리에 필요한 최소한도에 그쳐야 한다.
