자연공원법 시행령 제41조(재결의 신청)

법 제73조제4항의 규정에 의한 재결의 신청은 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 처분이나 조치로 인한 것은 중앙토지수용위원회에, 그 밖의 것은 관할 지방토지수용위원회에 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
