자산유동화에 관한 법률 제33조의2(유동화증권의 발행내역 등 공개)
Asset-Backed Securitization Act, Article 33-2 (Disclosure of Issuance Details of Asset-Backed Securities, etc.)
유동화전문회사등(제3조에 따라 자산유동화계획을 등록하지 아니한 회사를 포함한다. 이하 제33조의3에서 같다)이 유동화증권(제3조에 따라 자산유동화계획을 등록하지 아니한 회사가 발행한 유동화증권에 준하는 증권을 포함한다. 이하 이 조, 제33조의3 및 제38조의3에서 같다)을 발행한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 공개하여야 한다.
Where a special purpose company, etc. for securitization (including a company that has not registered an asset securitization plan under Article 3; the same applies in Article 33-3) issues asset-backed securities (including securities equivalent to asset-backed securities issued by a company that has not registered an asset securitization plan under Article 3; the same applies in this Article, Article 33-3, and Article 38-3), it shall disclose the following, as prescribed by Presidential Decree:
1. 유동화증권의 종류ㆍ총액ㆍ발행조건 등 발행내역
1. Issuance details, such as the types, total amount, and issuance conditions of the asset-backed securities;
2. 유동화자산, 자산보유자 등 유동화 관련 정보
2. Information related to securitization, such as the securitized assets and the originator;
3. 제33조의3에 따른 유동화증권의 보유내역
3. Details of holdings of asset-backed securities under Article 33-3;
4. 그 밖에 유동화증권의 발행에 관한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
4. Other matters concerning the issuance of asset-backed securities and prescribed by Presidential Decree.
