자산유동화에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(자산양도 등의 등록)

① 금융위원회는 법 제6조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 유동화자산의 양도 등의 사실을 등록한 자산보유자 또는 유동화전문회사등(유동화전문회사, 신탁업자 및 자산유동화업무를 전업으로 하는 외국법인을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 그 등록에 관한 사실을 증명하는 서류의 발급을 요청하는 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 서류를 발급해야 한다. <개정 2023.12.19>

② 유동화전문회사등은 법 제6조제5항에 따라 유동화자산의 양도 등에 관한 계약서, 등기필증, 등록증, 그 밖의 증빙서류를 그 관리책임자를 지정하여 보관ㆍ관리해야 한다. <개정 2023.12.19>

③유동화전문회사등이 제2항의 규정에 의하여 관리책임자를 지정함에 있어서는 당해 자산보유자가 아닌 자를 지정하여야 한다. 다만, 당해 자산보유자가 그 원본을 보관ㆍ관리하고 자산보유자외의 자가 사본(전자기록에 의한 것을 포함한다)을 보관ㆍ관리하여 금융위원회 또는 투자자의 열람에 제공할 수 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2008.2.29>
