입목에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(등기필 통지)

등기관은 입목에 대한 소유권의 보존 또는 이전의 등기나 등기명의인의 표시변경 또는 경정(更正)의 등기를 하였을 때에는 10일 이내에 그 취지를 입목등록관청에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.12>
