임금채권보장법 시행령 제20조의5(신고 또는 고발의 경합 시 포상금의 지급방법)

① 동일한 대지급금 부정수급 행위를 2명 이상이 각각 신고하거나 고발한 경우에는 포상금액을 산정할 때 하나의 신고 또는 고발로 본다. <개정 2021.10.14>

② 제1항의 경우 포상금은 부정수급행위의 적발에 기여한 정도 등을 고려하여 각각의 사람에게 적절하게 배분하여 지급하되, 포상금을 받을 사람이 배분방법에 관하여 미리 합의하여 포상금 지급을 신청한 경우에는 그 합의된 방법에 따라 지급한다.
