인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 제16조(인터넷주소분쟁조정위원회의 설치 및 구성)

Internet Address Resources Act, Article 16 (Establishment and Composition of the Internet Address Dispute Mediation Committee)

① 인터넷주소의 등록과 사용에 관한 분쟁(이하 "분쟁"이라 한다)을 조정하기 위하여 인터넷주소분쟁조정위원회(이하 "분쟁조정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) An앤 Internet인터넷 Address애드^r레스 Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 mediate미디에잇 disputes디스퓻츠 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 and앤드 use유스 of어^v브 Internet인터넷 addresses애드^r레시즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "disputes").디스퓻츠

② 분쟁조정위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 30명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 30 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 과학기술정보통신부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2020.6.9>

(3) Members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 대학이나 공인된 연구기관에서 부교수 이상 또는 이에 상당하는 직위에 재직하거나 재직하였던 법학 전공자

1. A어 person퍼슨 who후 majored메이저드 in인 law로 and앤드 holds호울즈 or오 has해즈 held헬드 a어 position퍼지션 of어^v브 associate어소우시엇 professor프^r러^f페서 or오 higher,하이어 or오 an앤 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 position,퍼지션 at앳 a어 university유너^v버서티 or오 an앤 accredited어크^r레디티드 research^r리서치 institute;인스터툿

2. 4급 이상 공무원(고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 이에 상당하는 공공기관의 직위에 재직하거나 재직하였던 사람으로서 인터넷주소 또는 지식재산권 업무에 관한 경험이 있는 사람

3. 판사ㆍ검사ㆍ변호사 또는 변리사의 자격이 있는 사람

④ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

⑥ 분쟁조정위원회의 업무를 지원하기 위하여 인터넷진흥원에 사무국을 둔다.

⑦ 분쟁조정위원회가 아닌 자는 인터넷주소분쟁조정위원회 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.
