Internet Multimedia Broadcasting Business Act, Article 24 (Revocation of Permission and Suspension of Business)

① 방송미디어통신위원회는 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송 제공사업자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 이 법에 따른 해당 사업의 허가를 취소하거나 1년 이내의 기간을 정하여 사업의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 때에는 그 허가를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

(1) The^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 permission퍼미션 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 business비즈니스 under언더 this^ð디스 Act,액트 or오 order오더 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 business비즈니스 for^f포 up업 to투 one원 year,이어 if이^f프 an앤 internet인터넷 multimedia멀티미디아 broadcasting브^r로드캐스팅 provider프^r러^v바이더 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 permission퍼미션 shall섈 be비 revoked^r리^v보우크트 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1:

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제4조제1항에 따른 허가를 받은 때

3. 제10조제2항 및 제13조제2항에 따른 명령을 이행하지 아니한 때
