인체조직안전 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제15조(비용의 부담)

법 제31조제2항 단서에 따라 「국민건강보험법」에 규정되지 아니한 비용은 「의료법」 제45조에 따른 비급여 진료비용에 따르되, 비영리원칙을 준수하여 산정하여야 한다.
