인적자원개발 기본법 시행령 제10조(전문위원회의 구성 및 운영)
Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Human Resources Development, Article 10 (Composition and Operation of Expert Committees)
①법 제7조제9항에 따른 분야별 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 각 분야별로 위원장 1명을 포함한 25명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.
(1) A field-specific expert committee under Article 7 (9) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as an "expert committee") shall consist of up to 25 members, including one chairperson, for each field.
②전문위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호에 따라 운영위원회 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 자로 구성한다.
(2) The members of an expert committee shall consist of persons appointed or commissioned by the chairperson of the Steering Committee as follows:
1. 해당 분야 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 또는 3급 또는 이에 상당하는 공무원 및 인적자원개발정책 추진본부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 또는 3급 또는 이에 상당하는 공무원
1. Public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service or Grade 3 public officials or equivalent of the central administrative agencies in the relevant field, and public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service or Grade 3 public officials or equivalent of the Human Resources Development Policy Promotion Headquarters;
2. 전문위원회에 상정되는 안건과 관련이 있는 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 또는 3급 공무원
2. Public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service or Grade 3 public officials of the central administrative agencies related to an agenda item submitted to the expert committee;
3. 해당 분야의 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 자
3. Persons with extensive expertise and experience in the relevant field.
③제2항제3호에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
(3) The term of office of members commissioned under paragraph (2) 3 is two years.
④전문위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 운영위원회 위원장이 지명한다.
(4) The chairperson of an expert committee shall be designated by the chairperson of the Steering Committee from among the members.
