인삼산업법 시행규칙 제5조(경작신고내용의 제공)

① 「농수산자조금의 조성 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제2조제3호에 따른 자조금단체 중 인삼 관련 자조금단체(이하 "인삼자조금단체"라 한다)는 법 제4조제6항에 따라 농림축산식품부장관으로부터 경작신고내용을 제공받으려는 경우에는 인삼자조금단체의 대의원 선출을 위한 선거인단 명부 작성, 자조금 납부율 관리, 경작농가 대상 교육 등 정보의 활용 목적을 구체적으로 명시하여 문서로 요청해야 한다.

② 농림축산식품부장관은 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 경우에는 경작신고내용의 제공 필요성을 검토한 후 활용 목적에 따라 경작신고내용 중 다음 각 호의 사항 전부 또는 일부를 전자파일 또는 문서 형태로 제공할 수 있다.
