인삼산업법 시행규칙 제4조(인삼경작 승계의 신고)

①법 제4조제2항에 따라 경작지의 상속ㆍ양수 또는 법인의 합병신고를 하려는 자는 그 상속ㆍ양수 또는 합병을 한 날부터 20일 이내에 별지 제5호서식의 인삼경작승계신고서에 피승계인의 인삼경작확인서를 첨부하여 조합장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2014.11.12, 2023.12.20>
