인구전략기본법 제33조(연도별 시행계획 등)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 기본계획에 따라 소관별로 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하고, 각 지방자치단체의 장은 기본계획 및 중앙행정기관의 시행계획에 따라 해당 지방자치단체의 시행계획(이하 "지방시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다.

② 소관 중앙행정기관의 장은 지방시행계획이 기본계획 및 시행계획에 부합하지 아니하는 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 이를 변경하도록 요구하고, 지방시행계획의 이행상황을 기본계획에 따라 점검할 수 있다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 매년 다음 연도의 시행계획 및 지방시행계획과 지난해의 추진실적을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인구전략위원회에 제출하고, 인구전략위원회는 이를 심의하여야 한다.

④ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 매년 시행계획 및 지방시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 평가하고 그 결과를 인구정책에 반영하여야 한다. 이 경우 국가 및 지방자치단체는 인구구조 변화 대응에 미치는 영향이 큰 사업에 대하여 심층적인 평가를 실시할 수 있다.

⑤ 시행계획 및 지방시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 평가, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
