이중상환청구권부 채권 발행에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(기초자산집합의 관리ㆍ유지 방법 등)

① 발행기관은 법 제8조제2항에 따른 기초자산집합의 관리에 관한 장부를 전산정보체계를 이용하여 작성ㆍ관리할 수 있다.

② 발행기관은 기초자산집합에 속한 자산이 금전이나 그 밖의 대체물(代替物)인 경우에는 해당 발행기관에 개설된 별도의 계정이나 다른 금융회사등 또는 외국 금융회사의 계정에 예치하여 관리하여야 한다. 이 경우 해당 계정에 예치된 자산이 특정 기초자산집합에 속한다는 사실을 표시하여야 한다.

③ 발행기관은 법 제8조제5항에 따라 수탁관리인을 선임한 경우에는 그 선임 사실을 금융위원회에 지체 없이 알려야 한다.

④ 법 제8조제6항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위"란 발행기관의 계산으로 법 제13조제2항제2호에 따른 비용채권의 변제에 충당하기 위하여 필요한 범위를 말한다.
