이러닝(전자학습)산업 발전 및 이러닝 활용 촉진에 관한 법률 제14조(이러닝 진흥 전담기관)

① 정부는 「정보통신산업 진흥법」 제26조에 따른 정보통신산업진흥원 및 「한국교육학술정보원법」에 따른 한국교육학술정보원과 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 기관으로 하여금 이러닝산업 발전 및 이러닝 활용 촉진을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 사업을 하게 할 수 있다.

② 정부는 제1항에 따라 사업을 수행하는 기관에 대하여 사업에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 출연 또는 보조할 수 있다.
