Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honors and Support for Persons Who Died or Were Injured in Righteous Acts, Article 3 (Composition of the Review Committee on Persons Who Died or Were Injured in Righteous Acts)

① 법 제4조제5항에 따라 의사상자심사위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 보건복지부 인구ㆍ사회서비스정책실장이 되고, 부위원장은 보건복지부 사회서비스정책관이 된다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.10.20, 2010.3.15, 2025.2.18>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 4 (5) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 on안 Persons퍼슨즈 Who후 Died다이드 or오 Were워 Injured인저드 in인 Righteous^r라이처스 Acts액츠 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 for^f포 Population파퓰레이션 and앤드 Social소우실 Service서^v비스 Policy팔러시 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 for^f포 Social소우실 Service서^v비스 Policy팔러시 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

② 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2023.4.11, 2025.12.30>

1. 국가보훈부, 기획예산처, 경찰청 및 소방청 소속의 3급 이상 공무원, 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 또는 이에 상당하는 공무원으로서 소속기관의 장이 추천한 자
