의무소방대설치법 제9조(벌칙)

①근무를 기피할 목적으로 근무지를 이탈한 자나 근무지에서 이탈된 자로서 정당한 사유없이 상당한 기간내에 복귀하지 아니한 자는 1년 이상 7년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

②정당한 사유없이 근무장소 또는 지정장소를 이탈한 자는 1년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 leaves리^v브즈 his히즈 or오 her허 place플레이스 of어^v브 duty두티 or오 a어 designated데지그네이티드 place플레이스 without위^ð다웃 a어 justifiable저스터^f파이어블 reason^r리즌 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 one원 year.이어

③정당한 사유없이 근무수칙을 위배하여 직무를 태만히 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 neglects니글렉츠 duty두티 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 duty두티 rules^r룰즈 without위^ð다웃 a어 justifiable저스터^f파이어블 reason^r리즌 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 one원 year.이어

④근무를 기피할 목적으로 신체를 상해한 자는 2년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

(4) A어 person퍼슨 who후 injures인저즈 his히즈 or오 her허 body바디 with위^ð드 the^ð더 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 evading이^v베이딩 duty두티 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 two투 years.이어즈

⑤근무를 기피할 목적으로 꾀병, 그 밖의 위계를 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역에 처한다. <개정 2016.1.27>

⑥직무에 관하여 허위의 통보 또는 보고를 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역에 처한다.
