의무소방대설치법 시행령 제5조(시험의 합격결정 및 합격자명부의 작성)

1. 제1차시험의 경우에는 제7조의 규정에 의한 신체검사의 기준에 적합한지의 여부를 판정하여 합격 또는 불합격으로 결정
