의무소방대설치법 시행령 제31조(징계사건의 관할)

의무소방원에 대한 징계사건은 의무소방대가 소속된 기관에 설치된 소방공무원징계위원회(이하 "징계위원회" 라 한다)에서 심의ㆍ의결한다. <개정 2008.12.3>
