Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment of Conscripted Fire Service Corps, Article 15 (Promotion of Conscripted Fire Service Members)

①의무소방원의 진급은 진급에 필요한 최저복무기간이 경과된 사람중에서 1계급씩 진급시킨다. 다만, 특방으로의 진급은 수방중 분대장 요원으로 선발되어 육군부사관학교 또는 중앙소방학교에서 정해진 교육과정을 이수한 사람으로 한정한다. <개정 2021.1.5>
