의무소방대설치법 시행령 제13조(의무소방대운영위원회의 설치)

①제15조제4항의 규정에 의한 진급후보자의 서열 그 밖에 의무소방대의 운영에 필요한 사항을 심사하기 위하여 소방기관의 장 소속하에 의무소방대운영위원회(이하 "운영위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

②운영위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 5인 이상 7인 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 management매너지먼트 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 and앤드 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③위원장은 당해 소방기관의 주무과장이 되고, 위원은 소방위 이상의 소방공무원중에서 소방기관의 장이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 department디파트먼트 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð더 fire^f파이어 service서^v비스 agency에이전시 concerned,컨선드 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 fire^f파이어 service서^v비스 agency에이전시 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 fire^f파이어 service서^v비스 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 Fire^f파이어 Lieutenant루테넌트 or오 higher.하이어

④운영위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 management매너지먼트 committee커미티 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 registered^r레지스터드 members.멤버즈

⑤운영위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 세부적인 사항은 소방청장이 정한다. <개정 2004.5.24, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
