의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조의2(시험의 합격 결정 등)

① 의무경찰 선발시험의 단계별 합격자는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다. <개정 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>

② 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 제1차시험 및 제2차시험에 합격한 사람(제3차시험 및 제4차시험을 실시한 경우에는 해당 시험까지 합격한 사람을 말한다)을 중간 합격자로 결정하여 공개한 후, 중간 합격자 중에서 공개추첨 방식으로 최종 합격자를 결정한다. <신설 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>

③ 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 의무경찰 선발시험에 지원한 사람의 명단 및 단계별 시험결과를 별지 제1호서식에 기록하여 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>
