Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 4 (Appointing Authority)

① 법 제4조제1항에 따라 준용되는 「경찰공무원법」 제7조제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 의무경찰의 임용에 관한 권한을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 각 경찰기관의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31>
