Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 34-2 (Deferral of Retirement)

임용권자는 의무경찰이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 퇴직 발령을 하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2015.11.20>
