Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 31 (Leave of Absence)

①임용권자는 의무경찰이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 본인의 의사에 불구하고 휴직을 명한다. <개정 1978.3.18, 1979.7.13, 1983.8.31, 2015.6.30, 2015.11.20>

1. 복무중 전상ㆍ공상외의 질병 기타 심신의 장애로 인하여 복무를 감당할 수 없을 때

2. 적과의 교전이나 무장폭동 또는 반란을 진압하기 위한 전투행위중에 그 생사가 불명하게 된 때
