의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조의4(경찰체육단의 설치 및 임무)

① 의무경찰의 체력향상을 위한 이론의 연구ㆍ발전과 사기 진작을 위하여 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장 소속으로 경찰체육단을 둔다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 경찰체육단의 설치ㆍ구성 및 운영에 관한 사항은 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정한다. 다만, 경찰체육단에 운동 종목을 신설하려면 국방부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
