의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조의2(의무경찰의 무기사용)

의무경찰은 법 제2조의2에 따른 검문이나 기타 경비업무를 수행함에 있어 검문 등 경비목적으로 3회 이상 정지를 명하여도 이에 불응하고 도주하거나 도주하려고 하는 경우에 무기를 사용하지 아니하고는 다른 수단이 없다고 인정되는 상당한 이유가 있는 경우에 한하여 법 제4조제1항 및 「경찰공무원법」 제26조제2항에 따라 휴대한 무기를 사용할 수 있다. 이 경우에는 그 업무수행에 필요한 최소한도에 국한하여야 하며 특히 국민에게 피해가 없도록 유의하여야 한다. <개정 1983.8.31, 2005.6.13, 2015.11.20, 2020.12.31>
