의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조의2(복무이탈자의 인사처리)

①정당한 사유 없이 복무를 이탈한 의무경찰은 복무를 이탈한 날부터 탈영으로 처리하고, 15일 이내에 귀대하지 아니할 때에는 탈영삭제로 처리한다. <개정 1987.6.25, 2015.11.20>

②탈영 또는 탈영삭제중인 자가 귀대하거나 체포된 때에는 사안에 따라 징계조치하거나 관할경찰서에 고발하여야 한다. <개정 1993.12.31>

③제1항의 탈영삭제로 처리된 자는 현원에서 제외하며 귀대 또는 체포된 때에는 지체없이 복귀조치를 하여야 한다.
