의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(휴가 및 출장 중 사고 보고)

휴가 또는 출장 중인 의무경찰대의 대원은 천재지변이나 그 밖의 사고로 인하여 교통이 끊기거나 부득이한 개인 사정으로 인하여 기일 내에 복귀할 수 없을 때에는 인근 의무경찰대 또는 경찰기관에 연락하여 그 장의 지시를 받아야 하며, 가장 빠른 통신수단을 사용하여 소속 의무경찰대 대장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.11.20>
