의료법 제26조(변사체 신고)

의사ㆍ치과의사ㆍ한의사 및 조산사는 사체를 검안하여 변사(變死)한 것으로 의심되는 때에는 사체의 소재지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 신고하여야 한다.
