의료기사 등에 관한 법률 제26조의2(자료 제공의 요청 등)

보건복지부장관은 이 법에 따른 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 지방자치단체의 장에게 치과기공소 또는 안경업소의 설치 및 운영 현황에 관한 자료 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 지방자치단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
