의료급여법 시행령 제13조의3(요양비등수급계좌의 신청 방법 및 절차 등)

① 법 제12조의2제1항 본문에 따라 요양비등을 수급권자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "요양비등수급계좌"라 한다)로 받으려는 사람은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 요양비 지급청구서 등에 요양비등수급계좌의 계좌번호를 기재하고, 예금통장(계좌번호가 기록되어 있는 면을 말한다) 사본을 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. 요양비등수급계좌를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제12조의2제1항 단서에 따라 수급권자가 요양비등수급계좌를 개설한 금융기관이 폐업 또는 업무정지ㆍ정보통신장애 등으로 정상영업이 불가능하거나 이에 준하는 불가피한 사유로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 직접 현금으로 지급한다.
