유통산업발전법 제7조의4(유통산업의 실태조사)

① 산업통상부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획 등을 효율적으로 수립ㆍ추진하기 위하여 유통산업에 대한 실태조사를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 유통산업의 실태조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 공공기관의 장, 유통사업자 및 관련 단체 등에 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료를 요청받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 등은 특별한 사정이 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 유통산업의 실태조사를 위한 범위 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
