유통산업발전법 제37조(분쟁의 조정)

① 제36조에 따른 대규모점포등과 관련된 분쟁의 조정을 원하는 자는 특별자치시ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 위원회에 분쟁의 조정을 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 분쟁의 조정신청을 받은 위원회는 신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 이를 심사하여 조정안을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 위원회의 의결로 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 시(특별자치시는 제외한다)ㆍ군ㆍ구의 위원회의 조정안에 불복하는 자는 조정안을 제시받은 날부터 15일 이내에 시ㆍ도의 위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 objects아브젝츠 to투 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 proposal프^r러포우즐 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 a어 Si시 (excluding익스클루딩 a어 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City),시티 Gun,건 or오 Gu구 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) may메이 apply어플라이 for^f포 mediation미디에이션 to투 the^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do시 within위^ð딘 15 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 proposal프^r러포우즐 was워즈 presented.프^r리젠티드

④ 제3항에 따라 조정신청을 받은 시ㆍ도의 위원회는 그 신청 내용을 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 위원회 및 신청인 외의 당사자에게 통지하고, 조정신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이를 심사하여 조정안을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 위원회의 의결로 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

⑤ 위원회는 제2항 단서 및 제4항 단서에 따라 기간을 연장하는 경우에는 기간을 연장하게 된 사유 등을 당사자에게 통보하여야 한다.
