유통산업발전법 제32조(공동집배송센터의 신탁개발)

① 공동집배송센터사업자는 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」에 따른 신탁업자와 신탁계약을 체결하여 공동집배송센터를 신탁개발할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 신탁계약을 체결한 신탁업자는 공동집배송센터사업자의 지위를 승계한다. 이 경우 공동집배송센터사업자는 계약체결일부터 14일 이내에 신탁계약서 사본을 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
